The 2026 dog license fee is due on July 1

The city administration reminds all dog owners that the dog license fee for the current year is due on July 1, 2026.

For direct debit payers: Have you issued a SEPA mandate to the city administration? If so, you don’t need to do anything else—the amount will be debited automatically and on time.

For self-paying customers: Please be sure to pay the tax on time. You can find the bank account information on your dog tax notice or here.

An overview of the current tax rates:

• 1 dog: €70.00 per year
• 2 dogs: €105.00 per year per dog
• 3 or more dogs: €125.00 per year per dog
