As in previous years, Kevelaer’s downtown will once again be decorated with numerous illuminated Christmas trees during the Advent season. To this end, we are looking for Christmas trees that are at least 4 meters tall.
If property owners have trees in their gardens that have become too large, the city administration would be very happy if these were made available free of charge for the festive, pre-Christmas decoration of Kevelaer's city center.
The city’s parks and recreation department will, of course, ensure that the eligible trees are properly removed; however, due to time and cost constraints, the stumps of larger trees cannot be removed.
