Full closure of the Weller Landstraße connecting ramp to the B9continues

Since Monday (13.01.2025), the connecting ramp of the L491 between the B9 "Kölner Straße" and the L491 "Weller Landstraße" in Kevelaer has been fully closed to traffic.

Since January 15, 2025, the Niederrhein regional branch of Straßen.NRW has been carrying out renovation work in the area of the ramp. The work to be carried out includes the renovation of the road surface on the connecting ramp between the L486nand the B9"Kölner Straße", the renovation of the associated cycle path and the construction of a new traffic light system at the junction of the L386n(OW1)/L491"Weller Landstraße"/connecting ramp B9.

Detour routes are signposted on site for the full closure of the connecting ramp. Motor vehicle traffic will be diverted in both directions. The work and the associated full closure will continue until April 11, 2025.
