Everyone can help to make our pilgrimage town of Kevelaer more attractive and keep it worth living in!
Would you like to report something to us? A broken bench, a damaged lamp post, an overgrown cycle path? Or do you have an idea for improving the quality of life in Kevelaer? Send us your suggestion or information about damage or defects!
Reports are only processed during normal working hours. If the defect or damage poses an immediate danger to other people, please report the damage directly to the police (phone 110) or the fire department (phone 112).
Please only use the reporting portal to report defects and damage. For general messages or complaints to the pilgrimage town of Kevelaer, please get in touch with your contact person in the town administration and the municipal companies.
Please note that we cannot accept complaints about noise via the reporting portal. In the event of noise nuisance, please contact the regulatory authority of the pilgrimage town of Kevelaer.

The reports are forwarded directly to the responsible offices and processed directly there.
What else should I know?
Your report is anonymous. Names, addresses etc. will not be requested and will remain unpublished unless you enter them in one of the fields.
We will only ask for your e-mail address, but this is not mandatory. Providing this information will help us to stay in contact with you after your notification and to inform you personally of the processing progress. We can also contact you directly if we have any queries. Your e-mail address will not be published even if you enter it. With our reporting service, we want to record concerns and complaints and publicly document their implementation. The reporting service does not serve to publish personal data.
This requirement also applies to your entries. If submitted entries contain names of specific persons and other personal details, these will be deleted.
