Kevelaer Youth Employment Agency

Your path. Your future. We are at your side.

The Kevelaer Youth Employment Agency is the central point of contact for all young people aged between 15 and 25 in Kevelaer and the surrounding area. We bundle advice, support and placement under one roof so that transitions from school to training or work do not remain unclear.

The pilgrimage town of Kevelaer, the Wesel employment agency, the district of Kleve, the SOS Children's Village, the vocational training center and other partners work together to ensure that you receive tailor-made help - quickly, directly and without complications.

What we do together

  • We talk about your current situation: school, training, job - or simply where you are at the moment.
  • Together we will see which options suit you.
  • We support you with applications, CVs and job interviews.
  • We help you when things get difficult - without any pressure.

No matter where you are!

  • You're finishing school soon and don't have a plan yet?
  • Have you dropped out of your apprenticeship or are you looking for something new?
  • Would you prefer to work, but don't know where?
  • Are you new to Germany and need help getting started?

Then you've come to the right place. We will help you to find your way step by step - in a way that suits you.

Our offers for young people - what you will find here

  • School/ Orientation

We support you right from the last years of school: We help you discover your strengths and interests and find out which path suits you best. If you're not sure which apprenticeship or career is right for you, you've come to the right place.

  • Training/ placement

Are you looking for an apprenticeship or thinking about how you can develop your career? We will support you with your application portfolio, show you suitable training paths and accompany you until you have a firm perspective. Thanks to our close networking with schools, companies and educational institutions, you will gain access to specific opportunities.

  • Work/ transition

We can also help you if you are looking to start a career or find work: we offer support with applications, the transition to employment and professional (re)orientation. We take into account where you currently stand - with support programs, advice services and support networks.

  • Integration & special circumstances

We offer additional help for young people with a refugee or migrant background or special life situations (e.g. family burdens, language barriers). We work closely with external partners such as the SOS Children's Village and social institutions to create individual solutions. If you need help with the application process - e.g. writing an application portfolio or coaching - you've come to the right place.

  • Without a plan? We can help you.

Sometimes not everything goes according to plan - and that's completely okay. Whether you are about to finish school, have dropped out of training or simply don't know what suits you: The Kevelaer Youth Employment Agency is there for you. We will help you to get an overview, discover new paths and find out what you really want.
