Postal voting - how it works

If you do not want to or cannot go to the polling station in person, you have the option of voting by post. After applying, you will receive all the necessary postal voting documents by post to your home. This allows you to cast your vote at your leisure and from any location.

Please remember: The completed red ballot letter must be received by the election officer by 4 p.m. on election day (September 14, 2025) at the latest.

Request postal voting documents

Step 1 - Apply
Postal voting documents can be requested until Friday, 12.09.2025, 15:00, directly via the QR code on the election notification, online via the online form or by post (back of your election notification).
