In order to provide even better support to those in need of care and their relatives, the municipal care advice service of the Kleve district also offers outreach care advice in addition to on-site appointments. The aim is to reach people where they are and offer individual advice and support directly. The employees clarify the individual needs situation and provide information on various care services in order to improve the care situation. Consultation hours in the municipalities in November
Consultation hours will continue to be offered in the municipalities. The following dates are available in November 2025:
On Wednesday, November 5, 2025, the Municipal Care Advisory Service of the Kleve district will be a guest in Issum.
The team will be available to answer questions from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. at the town hall, Herrlichkeit 7-9.
Care advice will be offered in the pilgrimage town of Kevelaer on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. The team will be available for discussions from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm at the Youth and Administration Center, Kroatenstraße 85.
In the city of Rees, the municipal care advice service of the district of Kleve will be offering care advice on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm. These will take place in the Bürgerhaus Rees, Markt 1.
On Wednesday, November 26, 2025, the advisory team of the Municipal Care Advisory Service will be available at the Bedburg-Hau Town Hall, Rathausplatz 1.
The advisory service is also aimed at interested parties from the surrounding municipalities. Appointments for a personal consultation can be made immediately by calling the above telephone numbers. It is also possible to register by e-mail at pflegeberatung@kreis-kleve.de.
In the online portal of the Kleve district's municipal care advice service at https://pflege.kreis-kleve.de, those affected and their relatives can find lots of information on help and support services. Future consultation appointments in the local communities are listed there. The district of Kleve also offers digital counseling via video call. This option offers flexibility in terms of time and location for the consultation.
