Building application I Preliminary building application I Exemption - Fees
Service description
Due to the extensive and differentiated calculation of fees, it is not possible to provide specific details here.
However, the calculation of fees for the construction of a residential building is explained as an example:The basis for calculating the fee is the volume of the measure. For a residential building with approx. 750 m³ (single and two-family dwelling), the volume of the residential building is to be multiplied by the national average shell construction value for residential buildings of 129.00 €/m³. The approval fee is then set at €6.00 per thousand € or part thereof of the shell construction costs calculated in this way (€96,750.00 - rounded up to the nearest €500.00), i.e. €581.00.
Costs
The minimum fee in all cases is € 50.00.
A fee is regularly charged for processing a preliminary building application.
The fee for extending the period of validity of the building permit or the positive preliminary decision is 20% of the fee charged for the building permit or the preliminary decision, up to a maximum of € 500.00.
A fee of €50.00 is charged for early notification that no building permit procedure is to be carried out (exemption from approval).
