    The current tree protection statutes are available for download as a PDF file below.

    As the owner or authorized user, you have the option of submitting an application for an exception / exemption in accordance with the tree protection statutes of the city of Kevelaer dated 04.05.2007.

    Please indicate in the section "Exemption pursuant to Section 6 (1)" or in the section "Exemption pursuant to Section 6 (2)" the reasons which in your opinion lead to an exception or exemption pursuant to Section 6.
