The Legal and Data Protection Department of the pilgrimage town of Kevelaer is responsible for providing legal advice in matters of municipal law and for all issues relating to the protection of personal data, including data security, in connection with the activities of the municipal administration. The data protection officer reports directly to the mayor and is not subject to instructions in this function. She is the contact person for all data protection issues for the management, employees and citizens of the pilgrimage town of Kevelaer.
