    How to Apply

    • Online Service (only for individuals registered in Kevelaer)
      You can apply for the self-disclosure form immediately through the online service using BundID. Within a few seconds, you will receive a PDF file containing the self-disclosure statement from the online service; it will also be delivered to the inbox of your BundID account.
