Third-party parking violation
Service description
In addition to the detection of traffic offenses by officers of the regulatory authority, private individuals can also report stopping and parking violations to the fines office. The report must be sufficiently documented so that there is no doubt as to the legality of the warning to be issued. In any subsequent legal proceedings, the ability to prove the traffic offense is of considerable importance.
To create a third-party report, please use the online service "Reporting a traffic offense in stationary traffic".
Legal basis
- Road Traffic Regulations (StVO)
- Administrative Offenses Act (OWiG)
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
