Adoption

Based on a public law agreement, a joint adoption placement office was set up for the district of Kleve at the Youth and Family Department in the district administration, which also handles adoption placement for the youth welfare offices of the towns of Emmerich am Rhein, Geldern, Goch, Kevelaer and Kleve and is therefore responsible for the entire district of Kleve.

For all questions relating to adoption, the Sozialdienst katholischer Frauen e.V. offers an open consultation hour on the first Wednesday of every month from 4.30 to 5.30 pm. Here you will receive information on the legal, social and psychological aspects of adopting a child.
