Service description
You can obtain these in A4 or A3 format from the contacts listed. When applying for a building permit, you will need, for example, a property map that officially shows the land and buildings. Furthermore, authorities, notaries, banks and courts often require the submission of official cadastral maps.

You can obtain these from the Surveying and Cadastre Department of the Kleve district.

Costs
The fee for an official real estate map up to DIN A3 format is € 30.00 in accordance with the Surveying and Valuation Fee Regulations (VermWertGebO NRW).
