Service description
Driving license applications must always be submitted to the citizens' office of the pilgrimage town of Kevelaer. Further processing and responsibility lies with the road traffic office of the district of Kleve.
You can only obtain an international driving license and a replacement driving license due to loss or theft from the Kleve District Road Traffic Office.
