Lost and found office
Service description
Lost property
Lost property is any movable property that has been lost without intention.
If you find a lost item in Kevelaer and take it with you, you must report it to the lost and found office if you cannot return it to the owner yourself.
You only have to hand in items that are worth 10.00 euros or more and are presumed to have an owner.
Abandoned property is not lost property. This includes items whose ownership has been voluntarily relinquished. These cannot be handed in to the lost and found office.
