Equal Opportunities Officer

The Equal Opportunities Officer is involved in all projects and measures of the pilgrimage town of Kevelaer that affect the interests of women or have an impact on the equal rights of women and men and the recognition of their equal status at work and in society. These are in particular social, organizational and personnel measures.
This includes, among other things, participation in the preparation, amendment and implementation of the equality plan and maintaining contact/cooperation with other equality bodies (e.g. at district or state level), administrative institutions, organizations, professional associations and other socially relevant groups.
