Kevelaer covers all of its electricity requirements from renewables - a large proportion of which comes from wind energy. On Global Wind Day on June 15, we will be focusing on this powerful source of electricity.
From June 6, a new legal regulation will apply: electricity suppliers must be switched within 24 hours on working days - but only with a valid notice of termination and 10 working days' notice. Retroactive registrations and deregistrations will no longer be possible from May 24.
